Breakfast included a variety of options, such as scrambled eggs, sausages, and fresh fruit. I could easily access various terminals from the hotel via the Heathrow Express train.

The bathroom lacked some basic amenities.

This hotel provided easy access to terminal 4. I found locating the hotel from the terminal quite simple. The walking path was well-designed with good lighting.

The hotel room lacked a refrigerator. no complimentary bottled water was available. I believe these small additions would greatly improve the stay.

The reception operates efficiently. Check-in processes are fast. Lobby ambiance is cool, and staff members offer assistance at all times. This ensures a smooth experience upon arrival and throughout my stay.

The hotel is near the terminal. You can use the free train to move easily between terminals. I noticed a shuttle right outside. It connects you quickly to terminal 5 if that becomes necessary.

the breakfast offered sufficient options if you needed an early start.

The room i was given felt really cramped. moving around the room proved difficult, especially getting to the bathroom, it reminded me of a struggle, and the lack of space was disappointing. the tunnel connecting the hotel to the terminal felt unwelcoming. It was a long, cold walk and could use some attention.

The covered walkway to Terminal 4 was convenient. I saved time. The breakfast offered good quality food. There was a decent variety. Staff members were friendly and professional. They were quite cute. I appreciated the early breakfast. This helped with my early flight departure.

I had to maneuver luggage down the street to the arrivals hall.
